I’m a one-person studio in Klang Valley that fixes broken computers and builds websites, custom software and mobile apps for small businesses.

Are you a freelancer or a registered company?

I run KKC99 part-time independently. That’s a feature, not a bug — you talk to the person who builds, no agency markup, and projects ship faster.

Do you serve only KL & Selangor?

On-site computer repair is KL & Selangor only. Web, software and app projects I do remotely for anywhere in Malaysia (or beyond).

Will I own the code and data?

Yes, always. Source code goes to your repo, hosting is on your account, no vendor lock-in.

How do you charge?

Repair is flat-quoted before any chargeable work. Build projects are milestone-based with fixed prices per milestone — never 100% upfront.

How fast can you start?

Repair: same day. Web build: usually within a week. Software/App: kickoff within 2 weeks of agreement.

What if I’m not technical at all?

Most clients aren’t. I explain in plain language, focus on outcomes, and hand over written guides for anything you’ll need to manage yourself.

Will the work be in English or Chinese?

Either. Final code, comments and docs default to English; conversations with you can be 中文 or English — whichever you prefer.
